We’re looking for 50 new, emerging and export-ready artists across every genre from folk to hip-hop, lo-fi to hard rock, indie, electronic, pop, grime and everything in between. At this year’s Ireland Music Week (formerly Hard Working Class Heroes), the music showcases will take place on Friday, October 4th and Saturday, October 5th, while the IMW Music Conference will expand from 3 to 5 days and run from October 1st to 5th.

Ireland Music Week is a key moment in the talent pipeline for the best emerging artists in our country and plays a key strategic role in how we are helping develop Irish artists and Irish music to become world beaters. We would encourage artists who feel they are ready for international development to apply for Ireland Music Week, so we can start this story with them.” – Angela Dorgan (IMW Festival Director)
