Paddy Casey Mayo show

Paddy Casey, one of the country’s most successful singer songwriters, plays a show in Castlebar next month.

The Ruby Room at The Royal Theatre, Castlebar will be the venue on Saturday, 12th August where fans can expect him to perform old favourites such as the hugely popular Saints and Sinners, along with material from his more recent releases.

Having been at the forefront of the Irish music scene since his multi-platinum selling 1999 debut album Amen (So Be It), the Dubliner’s career has taken him all over the globe, touring with acts like The Pretenders, R.E.M, Ian Brown, Blondie and Tracy Chapman to name a few.

Closer to home he has played across Ireland, including a sold out Dublin Castle, RDS and a record-breaking week-long run in The Olympia Theatre, alongside special guest spots with U2, Pearl Jam, Bob Dylan and more.
Amen (So Be It) achieved many international highlights for him, including tracks being featured on hit TV programmes such as Dawson’s Creek and Roswell. alongside extensive American and European tours.

Tickets for his Castlebar show are now on sale at €25 (excluding fees).
